Gary Lafayette was honored to speak at the 2022 National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) Annual Meeting in Chicago. Gary was joined by fellow panelists Robin Wofford from Wilson Turner Kosmo LLP, Michelle Landy and Cynthia Lareine from PERSUIT, Lexer Quamie Mayers from Exelon, and Claire Eagan from Uber. Their well-attended CLE session, titled Inclusive Sourcing: Insights from Minority and Women-Owned Legal Firms and the In-House Teams That Hire Them, covered a range of perspectives on how to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal services sourcing process.
