Lafayette & Kumagai is pleased to welcome Ingrid M. Ahuja to the firm. Ms. Ahuja handles all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, classification issues and wage and hour class action litigation. In addition, she has significant experience in commercial and general business litigation matters, including breach of contract, privacy, slander, and trade secret litigation matters. Ms. Ahuja also has a background in commercial contracting and e-discovery document review platform management.
Prior to joining Lafayette & Kumagai LLP, Ms. Ahuja was an attorney with Kenneth P. Roberts, a Professional Law Corporation in Los Angeles. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Ms. Ahuja graduated with high honors from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and earned a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida.
