The claimant, a former employee of the firm’s client, alleged age discrimination, disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, and defamation. The claimant also sought punitive damages. The arbitration was conducted virtually. All claims against
the firm’s client were dismissed on August 24, 2022.
